Easy Way To Losing Weight

By Tab Winner

The least difficult method to slim down or at best control weight is to get it done the traditional way which is as simple as counting calories. If you're a beginner why don't you start using this method and never investing cash on diets and tools you don't know you are able to stay with.

If you are in a position to stick with simple calorie counting you are able to start the next thing a real diet program. When you are counting calories constantly you'll start remembering the calories in each and every food you already eat which makes it almost automated. The proceeding task from here is to look for the quantity of calories you need to be eating every day.

This is a very broad number so I would take the number from this formula and undershoot it to make sure you are going to lose weight. The great thing about figuring out this number is that you will know how much to eat if you work an office job all day and don't have time to work out all the time. This is just one way to calculate the BMR which is your Base Metabolic Rate.

BMR =For Men: 66 + (6.23 x your weight(lbs)) + (12.7 x height(inches)) - (6.8 x age(yrs))

BMR =For Women: 655 + (4.35 x weight(lbs)) + (4.7 x height(inches)) - (4.7 x age(yrs))

The BMR is the base to your end calculation which is to figur how many calories you need based on your lifestyle. You can do this by simply taking your BMR and times it by 1.2 (sedentary - no exercise), 1.375 (exercise 1-3X), 1.55 (exercise 3-5X), 1.725 (6-7X). These numbers are based on how many times you workout in a week.

So putting it altogether you just need to count calories everyday to slim down. Calories in and calories out. Should you produce a deficit you'll slim down, just don't create an excessive amount of a deficit. For instance I should eat 3000 calories with my lifestyle, I would not reduce any more then to 2500 calories each day. After some time you will get adjusted to this and everything will be automated. Meaning you won't have to look up the calories in a food or meal you will just know it from experience. Good luck to you!
